This coverage is for missionaries traveling for short-term periods outside of their home country. Essentially, this type of coverage is similar to domestic health insurance, but works overseas (see plan benefits for details). Trip Cancellation and Missionary Travel Insurance
This type of insurance is for missionaries and overseas travelers who are needing insurance against trip cancellation. Also referred to as travel insurance, this covers losses against a specific trip cost. This type of coverage is for long term missionaries who are residing outside of their home country for a number of years or a long stay. This type of coverage is for missionary groups who are traveling overseas for a short term mission trip.
