- Above daily rates are based on single occupancy in a private room and valid until April 30th, 2007.
- Double occupancy or couples sharing the same room are welcome; however the chosen rate will be multiplied by one and a half time.
- All homestay rates are in US dollar currency.
- *Short Stay Daily Rates apply to a maximum of 20 days. It includes breakfast and dinner only.
- Daily rates apply to monthly bookings and/or for stays longer than 20 days.
- Our minimum stay is one week.

Refund Policy:

Agency placement fee is non-refundable. Homestay payments may be refundable at 90% of the unused portion of homestay cost with a minimum two to four weeks notice. Wire transfer and bank charges may apply to refund amount.
