Here are our minimum standards: 1. English speaking family 2. Private room with a window 3. Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet cover, blanket and two pillows) 4. Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio 5. Work desk with chair and desk lamp 6. Closet and a mirror 7. Access to TV with cable channels in the living room 8. Private or shared bathroom 9. If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans
