• Download, complete and sign the self-assessment form.
• Download and complete TWO license agreements. Both should have original signatures.
• Print out a hard copy of your privacy policy.
• Generate and print an invoice from our invoice generator. Should you elect to sign-up for two-year membership, simply double the amount calculated by the invoice generator and check the appropriate box on the license agreement.
• Include a check for the invoice amount generated above.
• All of the forms mentioned above can be downloaded on the TRUSTe forms page.
