Improved Deployment of Policy Management System for a Large Insurance Company

The customer is the business systems division of a Fortune 500 property & casualty insurance company. They were trying to roll out a new title policy management system intended to be used by 16,000 users across 1,200 sites. The initial release was met with severe resistance due to large number of serious quality and usability issues.
