How to place an order?
To place an order on the website once you found the item you want to purchase, type in your desired quantity and then click "Order Now" on the product detail page. This button will take you to Shopping Basket where you will be able to review all the items you've added along with quantities, prices and subtotals.
There are different ways to find a memory upgrade on memorystock.com:
1. Using the navigation links. Clicking on a link will take you to a specific system page, find your specific system and find your memory upgrade.
2. Use the Memory Configurator to find your memory upgrade. Or search by entering your System Model in the Memory Configurator Search found on our homepage.
3. Search for a specific memory module.
Payment information and secure ordering process
* You can place your order online using your credit card.
For orders from United States Memorystock welcomes VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Non US Card Issuing Bank and Debit Cards are not accepted and will be rejected.
* All countries other than United States we accept American Express and PayPal. PayPal is the authorized payment processor for MemoryStock.com. If you´re familiar with PayPal, it might be an easier way of transferring the money to our account. There will be no extra service charge. PayPal accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and can also access funds from your bank account. Opening a PayPal account is
free. Personal
accounts can send and receive money for free.
After you complete an order checkout we will redirect you to the PayPal payment page. When you sign up for a PayPal account, you will need to add a funding source for your payments. For immediate payments, you´ll need to add a credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit card, you will have to use a checking account to make your payment through PayPal. In order to do that, you will need to register with PayPal first and then "add" your checking
account to PayPal. Any major currency is accepted (U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, and Japanese Yen). You must complete all registration requirements before you will be able to make a payment.
PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we won´t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
* Your credit card is charged only when your package is shipped.
* Pricing & Currency
Prices on the website are default to US currency. All payments are in US Dollars except for Canadian customers. In the shopping cart Canadian customers can see the corresponding prices in Canadian dollars. The shopping cart automatically converts the US Dollars to CA Dollars using the current exchange rate. So as the exchange rate varies, so will the Canadian prices. When you place an order, the price that you ordered at is recorded in the system. If the price
goes up the next day, you will still be charged the price that you ordered at.

* You can wire your payments to us. Please send us an email for the Wire Transfer Details by Contacting MemoryStock Customer Support.
A bank transfer fee of $10 should be added separately to the order total. Please fax a copy of your wire transfer details to us at Fax: 1-209-320-0771, as soon as you wire your payments.
We have advanced credit card fraud detection processes in place, and actively investigate and prosecute fully every instance of credit card fraud. We DO NOT store customer's credit card information on our servers, we use the credit card information entered while ordering a product just to process the order and do not store the credit card information.
Your credit card purchases are safe and secure. We use secure servers and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card data. Once encrypted, your data cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
Terms & Conditions For Sales of Products and Parts
1. All prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors
We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.
We list some examples below.
(a) Payment cannot be cleared through the payment card details provided and requests for further information or contact provide no response within a reasonable time frame for the order concerned. We presume our messages are not received or are being ignored.
(b) Insufficient delivery address details are provided, where we consider the order will not be delivered, through lack of information and we have received no reply to our request for further information.
(d) Insufficient customer details or details for the person paying for the order.
(e) Impossible or incorrect delivery date requested, where other details seem insufficient. No customer reply to query.
(f) Urgent order for immediate dispatch where details are incorrect or badly entered with no repsonse from customer.
(g) It is our opinion, from assessing the order details, that the order may be fraudulent or erroneous.
We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation but this will be done should the need arise. We reserve the right to cancel and we will not accept any complaint from any customer, immediately or at a later date, where we do not feel comfortable to proceed with the order for the above reasons.
We reserve the right, under certain circumstances, whether to fully explain our reasons for cancellation.
ORDER CANCELLATION > CANCELLING A CONFIRMED ORDER
We reserve the right to cancel an order, or consider the order completed, under certain circumstances.
We further reserve the right not to fully or partly refund the customer where non delivery or incorrect delivery has resulted from circumstances totally out of our control. The decision to refund will relate to circumstances and costs incurred.
Here we provide a few examples of typical problems. This list does not cover all possible situations.
(a) Where every effort has been made to make the delivery to an address given, which proves, in our opinion or that of our delivery agent, to be incorrect or non existent.
(b) We find that after reasonable attempts to make the delivery by our delivery drivers, the recipient will not accept the order, refuses to accept the order, or is obviously, deliberately and constantly unavailable to accept the order, which has been ordered by our customer.
(c) Delivery is correctly made, to an incorrect address, as supplied by our customer and the goods are accepted at that address.
(d) A delivery is made, for the correct order, to the correct delivery address on the correct day but it is accepted by another person who fails to give it to the intended recipient.

Confidentiality Agreement
All customer information and correspondence is regarded as strictly confidential as we protect and support the customer privacy rights. We will not sell, share, rent, or otherwise release any confidential customer information to any unauthorized third party under any circumstance. We DO NOT store customer's credit card information on our servers, we use the credit card information entered while ordering a product just to process the order and do not store the
credit card information.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8% is charged only for customers in California state. If we are shipping to California and you are tax exempt, please fax your tax exempt information to 1-209-320-0771. If you are a sales tax-exempt, be sure to check the “I am tax-exempt” box when you enter your billing information and shipping information while checkout.
Tax-exemption is also applicable to Government and Non-Profit Organizations, please fax your Tax-Exempt information to Fax: 1-209-320-0771 after you place your order.
If you are a California Reseller, please download this Resale Certificate and fax it back to us along with your resale license to Fax: 1-209-320-0771.
Shipping Policy
1. We ship via FedEx, Airborne and USPS. Please choose insurance for all packages to be shipped via FedEx, Airborne or USPS Express Mail for atleast $100 ($2 per $100). We highly recommend insurance for all packages shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail since these are not insured.
2. All Priority Mail shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 10 business days via USPS, and all First Class packages considered lost if they have not not arrived after 21 business days. If delivery or signature confirmations show the package is delivered you will be required to work with your local carrier to determine the package whereabouts. If you have purchased insurance from us we will reship all packages which have not arrived after
10 business days for FedEx Ground, Airborne and USPS Priority mail and after 21 days for First Class mail.
3. FedEx and Airborne will not deliver to a P.O. Box - please indicate a shipping address and phone number.
4. We are not responsible for a wrong address so please carefully check the name, address and zip code of the recipient.
5. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may be assessed a $10 surcharge after delivery if such charges are billed to us.
6. FedEx and Airborne requires a signiture for all deliveries and will not leave a package without one. Shipments will be delivered to the address provided and need to be signed.
7. We do our best to get your shipments to you in time. But once the package is delivered to USPS, FEDEX, or AIRBORNE it is out of our control. Please follow up with the respective shipping company method to track your order. We will not be responsible for late deliveries or lags in delivery due to USPS, FEDEX, or AIRBORNE slowness and no refunds will be given in these situations. There will be no exceptions to this policy!
8. Shipping department at Memorystock may elect to switch carrier and adjust your shipping cost without notice.
9. For orders to Hawaii, please choose "Shipping to Hawaii 2nd Day - $16"
10. Online images are representations only, actual product or brand may vary.
11. Shipping and insured charges are nonrefundable.

Return Policy
You have up to 14 days to return your parts (only ordered using our Memory Configurator) for full credit less shipping. Only orders using our Memory Configurator will qualify for a REFUND. Orders that are made without using our Memory Configurator will NOT be qualified for a REFUND and will be entitled for a store credit. There will be no exceptions to this policy!
Orders above $500 are returnable for store credit only no refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Any returned product must arrive in good condition at our facility. Refunds will be determined and based upon amount of returned product and arrival condition. We always reserve the right to decide if a return is valid or invalid.
Returns must be shipped via USPS with tracking only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.
If you believe that the memory you received is defective or have compatibility issues and your warranty has not expired, you must first send an online RMA request to obtain a RMA number. RMA shipments received MUST have the RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package and include copy of the original order invoice, and a copy of the RMA Request Confirmation, without which the package may be refused, unopened and returned.
