HOMESTAY PROGRAM RATESYou will find here information regarding levels of homestay rates based on four weeks periods: Above rate are based on single occupancy in a private room and based on 4 weeks periods. Double occupancy or couples sharing the same room are welcome, however the chosen rate will be multiplied by one and a half time. -
All homestay rates are in Canadian dollar currency. -
Our minimum stay is two weeks.
Homestays are different; therefore, we take the time to check all accommodations and make sure that they meet our minimum standards. All Homestays will include the following: English speaking family Private room with a window Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet, blanket and two pillows
per bed) Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio Work desk with chair and desk lamp Closet and mirror Access to TV with cable channels in the living room Private or shared bathroom If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans

Minor Student Services: for students up to 17 years old who require extra attention in terms of room cleaning, doing laundry, some driving, etc... Please consider adding CAN $200 a month per student to above rates. Airport Pick up ServicesCAN $75 per student/visitor. This service is provided by insured and licensed meeting and greeting
service. A representative will meet and assist you at
the airport arrival hall to your homestay.
 Refund Policy:

Agency placement fee is non-refundable. Other payments like homestay rates may be refundable at 75% of the unused portion of the stay, and subject to four week advance notice.
