Order
Processing and Shipping:
We only ship chocolate Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. All chocolate
orders are shipped via FedEx Express service (please allow 7
business days for processing). All shipments require signature
at the time of delivery. No package will be left at the place
of delivery unless it is signed for. Shipping with no signature
request is possible upon customer request, however, we are not
responsible for packages shipped with no signature request.
Mint tins, life savers and non-personalized items are shipped
via FedEx Ground Service (3-5 business days). All chocolate
shipments are shipped in insulated boxes, with gel ice during
the summer months. Shipping charges are calculated at the time
of checkout.
PAYMENT
POLICY
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Or you may send a money order
for the total amount of the order, including shipping, to the
address above. Please allow an extra 2 weeks for us to process
orders placed by money order.
RETURN
POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items, all chocolate and candy items, or orders
made to order are nonrefundable. We are not responsible if you
provide the wrong date or misspell text, so please verify your
dates and spelling of the text content very carefully. Shipping
charges are nonrefundable. If we made a printing error, the
product will need to be returned to us. All requests for refunds
must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the order.
We will either reprint the customers order to their specifications,
or refund their purchase price. If they pay with a credit card,
we will "credit" their card for the amount of their
purchase in a timely manner, or issue them a refund check if
they paid by money order. Cancellations must be made within
24 hours of placing your order. In an effort to provide the
best quality product, we reserve the right to modify our wrapper
designs at any time without notification. All returned merchandise
must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given past 30-days
of purchase date.
RETURN
POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7
days of receiving the order. There is a 20% handling charge
on all returns. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Your order
must be returned in its originally boxed condition. Please contact
us before doing so, so that we may give you return shipping
instructions. If customers pay with a credit card, we will "credit"
their card for the refund amount in a timely manner, or issue
them a refund check if they paid by money order. Cancellations
must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Defective
products can be returned for replacement of the same exact product,
without a restocking fee being assessed. All returned merchandise
must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given past 30-days
of purchase date.
