Located half way down the Leeward Islands of the Eastern Caribbean chain, Antigua is a hive of the yacht charter activity. The northeast trade winds are nearly constant year round, wavering only in September. Antigua's coastline consists of miles of white sandy beaches, coves and secluded anchorages - ideal for any for yacht charter holiday.

The colonial history of Antigua has left some interesting naval sites, including the ruins at the top of Shirley Heights, the site of the British artillery emplacements. If you can summon the energy, a hike to the protected harbor is well worth the effort. The view is outstanding. When you tire of the crowds of Antigua, Barbuda is a refreshingly peaceful island, still relatively untouched. The island is a great escape, and houses one of the regions most significant bird sanctuaries. The reefs surrounding Antigua and Barbuda, once detrimental to enemy vessels, are now a source of pure enjoyment for yacht charter guests.
