Here at the Firewood Café, we serve thin-crust pizzas baked in our Italian wood-burning brick oven. All our pizzas are made with a mixture of 100% specialty mozzarella & New Zealand edam cheese. Our “autentico” pizza sauce is made from a traditional blend of fresh red-ripe tomatoes simmered with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic and herbs.
