Rogue River Spring Chinook Fishing Report
Rogue River Spring Chinook Fishing has begun! Saturday the 10th of March the first Rogue River Spring Chinook was caught at the Willows a 21# beauty by Ron Dykes, who had the honor of also catching last years first Spring Chinook. Catches are now being reported from Agness down. Two were landed at Coyote Bar yesterday the 17th of March with one reported at wopping 44#. River conditions are fantastic with 2.5 ft visablity and 51.5 degree water in afternoon. Spring Chinook season will definately start early this year as water tempuratures are 4 degrees above normal for this time of year.

It's Time For Chetco River Winter Steelhead Fishing!
Get your Winter Steelhead Fishing gear out its time for the Chetco River Winter Steelhead run. River levels are dropping from a large freshet this pased week on the Chetco. Winter Steelhead were in the Chetco prior to the big rise in river flow and certainly will be when levels drop in this week. The Chetco River has some of the best Winter Steelhead fishing in Oregon. Look for runs to last to March. The Chetco is a bank fishing friendly river located at Brookings Oregon just 7 miles north of the California line on the ocean.

Elk & Sixes Rivers - report updated 3/18/2007

Elk and Sixes Rivers see Winter Steelhead action.
Winter Steelhead are still being caught in good numbers with 79% being run backs.

The Elk River remains open for Fall King Salmon fishing until March 31st. The Sixes closes to Fall King Salmon on Jan 1st. Steelhead are in both rivers and runs will build through March. The Elk River should still have bright King Salmon entering the system. Preesure will be light most likely. Not real bank freindly fishing on these rivers.

Tillamook Bay - report updated 10/26/2006
Tillamook Bay Fall King Salmon fishing, need rain!
Tillamook Bay Fall King Salmon fishing report is need rain. Fall Kings are still being caught in the estuary and at the head of tide near the river mouths. The rivers are low and Fall Kings are stacking in these areas. Rain will bring more fresh Kings into the system. Outside in the ocean its to rough for good fishing. Best results await a rain which is forcast next week Oct 31 nad Nov 1st. Call to book now as when freshet comes everbody will want to go fish'n for Tillamook Bay Kings.
