B.O.S.S.® Bid Ordering Specification Software
Need to look up a price, prepare a bid, or inquire about a particular Pelco
product? If so, then B.O.S.S.® can help. This easy-to-use, Windows-based,
CD-ROM system/program combines product pricing information and specifications
into one multipurpose tool. Convenient "Help" menus will assist you with each
operation.
Architect & Engineer Specifications
If you are an architect or engineer preparing a bid specification then we
have the answer: Pelco A&E Specifications. Available on Pelco's B.O.S.S.®
software or through this web site.
Strap-Pak
To ensure your merchandise is shipped the most economical way, without
sacrificing expediency and handling, we will "strap-pak" all like items. This
method of shipment allows you to visually inspect the product upon receipt.
Early Warning System [EWS]
We pride ourselves on quoting accurate delivery dates which are based on
current data. If, however, an order becomes delayed after confirmation has been
made, we immediately notify you of the revised date in advance of the original
ship date.

One Day/Same-Day Repair
Pelco guarantees one-day turnaround on all Pelco equipment received for repair.
With advance notice, we will even guarantee same-day repair turnaround. And, if
we haven't repaired the item in the specified amount of time we will replace
the item with a like item or better model from our stock at no charge to you.
One Day Replacements
All replacement part orders, regardless of product or product age, by line
item, will ship complete the next working day after receipt of the order - no
exceptions. Any product not shipped by the next working day will be shipped
when it becomes available at no charge to the customer, FOB destination, and
priority overnight at Pelco's expense.
Product Training Program
If you are new to CCTV or have interest in knowing more about our products and
CCTV in general, we offer product training at our facility or at a convenient
location near you.
