How to do Business with the United Nations Procurement Service
Doing Business with the UN System of Organisations

The Procurement Service of the United Nations (UNPS) hereby provides a special facility to permit vendors in developing countries and in countries with economies in transition to advertise their products and services in our website. This is part of our overall effort to increase opportunities for these vendors to participate in UN procurement activities. The classified will enable UN offices and missions in the vicinity to determine what products and services are available in the  region. It will also be helpful for foreign contractors of the UN who regularly visit our web site to contact local companies for local services or sub-contract work. This facility is provided without charge.

The web advertisement facility is mainly intended for companies that do not have exportable products or for those who do not yet have export capabilities. Companies who do have export capabilities, and are able to compete internationally for UN business are invited to register with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM). All vendors on the roster are invited to participate in international bids for the product or service for which they are registered.

Companies from developing countries and in countries with economies in transition, who wish to place an advertisement on the UNPS website, please read the disclaimer and download either the MS Word or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) vendor advertisement form.
