Professional DBS Single Room Installation

• All land travel required to perform the installation.
• The unpacking of all new components.
• The installer will complete a pre-installation site survey upon arrival.
• Mount satellite dish on a solid, exterior structure of home.
• Route up to 125 feet of coaxial cable to one TV.
• Ground satellite dish and cable to local and NEC (National Electric Code) standards.
• Connect receiver to existing phone jack with the supplied telephone wire in the DBS box.
• Tech will program included remote to operate one TV.
• Activate customer's selected programming.
• Provide instruction to familiarize customer with basic system use.
• Sign and date customer's receipt.
• Tech will clean up wire clippings, drywall dust, or any other debris resulting from installation.
• Professional installation comes with a 90 day labor warranty.

• Route up to 350 feet of coaxial cable on one dual tuner receiver.
• Install provided multi-switch (if required).
• Ground satellite dish and cable to local and NEC standards.
• Connect receivers to existing phone jacks with the supplied telephone wire in the DBS boxes.
• Tech will program included remotes to operate each TV.
• Activate customer selected programming.
• Provide instruction to familiarize customer with basic system use.
• Sign and date customer's receipt.
• Tech will clean up wire clippings, drywall dust, or any other debris caused by installation.

Standard installation does not include:

• Installation or relocation of additional receivers.
• Extra RG-6 cable over 125' per connected TV.
• Mounting or grounding the 18" mini-dish DIRECTV^® System on surfaces beyond reach of a 25' ladder.
• Drilling through more than one exterior wall
• Wiring of phone jacks more than 25' from receiver
• Enhancing phone systems.
• Connections to stereos, VCRs, and/or various audio components that are not co-located with the DIRECTV receiver.
• Cosmetic hardware to hide exposed cables.
• Non-penetrating roof mount, pole mount, or chimney mount.
• Removal and/or repair of previously mounted equipment.
