  • Are you concerned about protecting the privacy of your customers and yourself?
  • Have you tried e-mail encryption before but found it too difficult to use?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then you need to consider MessageGuard!

What is MessageGuard™?

MessageGuard is a flexible, user-friendly, secure e-mail application that works with Outlook®, Outlook® Express, and Network Solutions® Webmail.

  • Send secure e-mail messages to anyone, even non-MessageGuard subscribers, regardless of their e-mail provider.
  • Helps you meet the e-mail encryption requirements of HIPAA, GLBA, California SB-1386, & Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • Utilizes new Identity Based Encryption (IBE) key protection as well as industry standard Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).
How Does it Work?

Sending an encrypted e-mail message through MessageGuard is as simple as clicking a button.

Network Solutions® Webmail users will notice a "Send Secure" button on the Webmail toolbar. This button is activated after subscribing to MessageGuard.

You can also use MessageGuard with your existing e-mail address and any e-mail provider* that supports Outlook® or Outlook® Express. You only need to install a small plug-in to get the "Send Secure" button.

When you're ready to send encrypted e-mail, simply click the "Send Secure" button and your message is safely on its way. It's that simple! Recipients are not required to subscribe to MessageGuard to read your securely sent e-mail.

*Please note: MessageGuard is not currently compatible with mobile devices.
