This is a Allstate brand name jacket manufactured only of the finest quality 1.3mm thick drum dyed naked cowhide which is the best part of the hide. Naked cowhide means (being without addition, concealment, disguise, or embellishment). A leather with no surface impregnated treatment other than dye which might mask or alter the natural state of the leather. Naked leathers are valued highest by consumers. Drum dyed leathers are immersed in dye and tumbled in a rotating drum, allowing for maximum dye penetration. Drum dyed naked leathers are soft from day one and do not require a break in period. Comfortable when brand new. Drum dyed naked leather garments are more expensive because the hide must be hand selected for quality and uniformity.
