Web Seal Process:

• Complete an application
  Go to our online certification center to prepare an application. You will create a profile, complete a self assessment and master services agreement, and submit your privacy policy for review.
• Participate in a web site audit and review
  An experienced TRUSTe client services manager will review your site with you. You will then receive a detailed report filled with suggestions to get your site in compliance with our standards. Once in compliance, you will be awarded TRUSTe's seals for display on your web site.
• Ongoing monitoring and dispute resolution
  Once the seal is awarded, TRUSTe will continue to monitor your site to ensure you are following our standards. If consumer complaints are filed, we facilitate alternative dispute resolution.
