About the Bicycle Alliance
Donation Wish List and Office Needs

Another great way to support bicycle advocacy is to donate a new item, or a used in good shape to the BAW office!    Help us do our more efficiently and we can do a better job for all bicyclists.

Any item you donate is tax deductible at 100% of it's current value, so be sure to tell us it's value and we'll provide you a receipt for your donation! Here is a list of a few things that we need in the office:
  • high pixel (4Mb+) digital camera
  • a small safe (preferably one with a deposit slot)
  • regular white 8.5x11 copy paper (recycled preferred)
  • brightly colored copy paper
  • 5160 address labels
  • postage stamps
  • party munchies for our volunteers (fruit juice, pretzels, bottled water, cookies, crackers, Clif Bars, fruit etc. etc.)
  • telephone headsets
  • 40Gb DAT cartridge backup tapes (DDs-4)
  • Inkjet printer cartridges (#HP51629A/Black and #HP51649A/Color)
  • a new laptop computer
  • 2 flat panel monitors
  • hot swap drive bay
  • a 200 Gb hard drive
  • a new desktop computer
  • a TV-VCR-DVD combo
  • IT service (or a grant for it!)
  • PhotoShop
  • ethernet cables
  • a FileMakerPro 5.0+ license
  • 5 or 6   two line business phones
  • a smoke detector
  • new safety vests for Safe Routes To School Program
