William A Dykes Associates is a private physiotherapy practice that offers an excellent standard of service and treatment.

Physiotherapists are all of a senior level with state registration and active members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy ensuring that you receive the highest standard of care available.

The practice is based within Martlesham Leisure, a modern and dynamic sports complex with an excellent equipped gym, swimming pool and fitness room, which is used by the practice for the rehabilitation of clients.

The practice is accessible to many due to its location, directly off the A12 at Martlesham on the east side of Ipswich. 10 minutes from the centre of Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe.

New Practice Opened at Ardleigh, near Colchester.
Ardleigh Leisure is located, five miles away from Colchester, and can be found on the Dedham Road. It is the sister company of Martlesham Leisure, and offers the same benefits and services. Further information regarding the Ardleigh Leisure complex can be found on the Ardleigh Leisure website.

Home visits can be made by arrangement. Every attempt will be made to arrange an appointment within 48 hours of request, Monday to Saturday.

As part of continuing professional development and striving towards excellence, we as a practice remain up to date with evidence based practice and latest treatment and developments in the physiotherapy field.

The practice offers many services, including sports injuries and rehabilitation, biomechanical screening and prevention of injury / maximising sport specific fitness, neck and back pain service, post trauma and fractures, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, postural re-education, repetitive strain injuries, post operative orthopaedic conditions, education and self management for chronic conditions.

In addition to these, the practice also offers assessments for workstation ergonomics and manual handling / risk assessments.

The practice has strong links with other healthcare professionals including orthopaedic consultants and podiatrists.
