Network Monitoring

We proactively monitors our members’ network services, devices, and facilities and we will respond quickly to any disruption in service. Our Customer Network Control Center (CNCC) staff are available on a 24/7 basis and are the primary point-of-contact for all transport issues. We provide automatic notifications, tracking, configuration management and troubleshooting of any outages that are detected and will notify customers of a failure or degraded condition according to our escalation and notification procedures.
