info@1dreamgetaway.com Here is our payment/refund policy: Refund & Cancellation Policy 1) Any cancellation prior to 60 days of arrival receives 97% refund. 2) Any cancellation between 60 to 46 days prior to arrival receives 75% refund. 3) Any cancellation between 45 to 31 days prior to arrival receives 50% refund. 4) Any cancellation between 30 to 6 days prior to arrival receives 10% refund. 5) Any cancellation 5 days and under prior to arrival receives 0% refund.
Billing & Credit Card Policy 1) A 10% deposit is required when making a reservation. 2) If the use of a credit card for the entire balance is to be used. This information must be given at time of booking. 3) If a client must use a credit card to pay the balance, and did not divulge this information at time of booking, a 5% increase will be added to the billed charges. 4) Credit card payments made within 8 days of arrival will be charged a 10% increase. Unless originally arranged at time of booking.
