To support projects and programs that fulfill the AGD Foundation's Mission, the Foundation offers a variety of gift levels and channels for general dentists, corporate sponsors, or interested individuals to contribute.

AGD Foundation Donors are personal contributions of $100 or more that are contributed annually.

Becoming an AGD Foundation Corporate Grantor, with a contribution of $500 to $5,000, increases your company's visibility to an audience of 35,000 general dentists through acknowledgement in our publications, on the Web site, and at major events such as the Annual Meeting.

The Foundation was incorporated in 1972, in the state of Illinois, and is exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as a vehicle to accept tax deductible contributions for the purpose of supporting charitable and education programs.
