| Doug Williams |
|
Doug Williams is the founder of Doug Williams and Associates (DWA). A results oriented business consultant Doug is experienced in designing and implementing strategic plans and business systems. His key strength is the ability to originate and implement change. Doug has expertise in financial, operations and general management in companies experiencing rapid change in both high growth and start-up situations. He has served on the Board of Directors for 2 companies.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Doug spent 26 years in management, 22 of these years in senior management positions across a wide range of industries. During this time, Doug defined and put in place many key business systems and improvement strategies to create profitable operations.
Doug has an MBA from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from CSU Northridge. |

Tim Williams is the Business Development Manager. His job is sales and helping design web solutions for our customers business needs. In addition to web programming, Tim is skilled in C, Visual Basic and PLC.
Tim experience as a computer repair technician at two computer support companies.
Tim has a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Washington State University, Vancouver and a two year degree from Rhema Bible Training Center, Oklahoma.

Thuy Nguyen is our senior programmer does web development and programs web applications for custom applications. Thuy has been programming and designing websites for over 8 years. He is skilled in HTML, PHP, C++, C, Shell Script, JAVA, Visual Basic, XML, JavaScript, MySQL, Delphi, XHTML, and DHTML. Thuy is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

Casey Krimmel is a graphic and web designer. She has background in design, drawing, illustration and fine art. Casey is also skilled in information architecture and user flow, and experienced with Flash, XHTML, CSS and a variety of design software.
Casey graduated with a BFA cum laude (Bachelor in Fine Arts) in Visual Communication from Washington University in St Louis.

Derek Jesser is in charge of link building and link exchanges in our web services area. Derek also does general webmastering, newsletters, and Search Engine Optimization. Derek has 3 years experience in webmastering. He is proficient in HTML, XHTML and programs such as Dreamweaver, Flash & Fireworks.
Derek is currently attaining an AAT degree in Web Design / Development at Clark College. He has completed a variety of graphic design and programming related courses which contribute to his technical abilities. |

Hai Nguyen does PHP web development and programs web applications for custom applications.
Hai is skilled in the use of C, C++, Java, Perl, C#, Python, PHP, MySQL, HTML and XML. He is also good with Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash MX, Video Editing, SSH and Linux.

Tricia Pobjoy is the Marketing Coordinator. She manages our Search Engine Optimization process and develops website marketing content for our client’s websites and advertising campaigns.
Tricia’s experience was developed as a corporate manager in marketing and sales for the telecommunications industry with GTE and Verizon. She has a BS degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from the School of Business at the University of Southern California.

David Schwinler does link building, link exchanges, general webmastering, and Search Engine Optimization. David has 4 years experience in webmastering and credits his knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Photoshop to building and maintaining his former High Schools Website.
David is currently enrolled at Clark College & Eastern Washington University attaining a BS in Applied Technology focusing on Computer Network Administration & Web Design Development. |
