Pricing is based on the number of active users or logons. An active user is one who has a unique logon to Project Administrator. Users can share a logon if this is acceptable within a project. They can work concurrently using the same logon.

As people leave the project or even the company, their name may still need to be retained in the project for historical records, however they become an inactive user. They can no longer log onto the system or view projects. They are not counted in the number of users for licensing purposes.
