Alpujarra villages Orgiva and Lanjaron, in a calm valley surrounded by olive and
orange groves, there is the small hamlet "Las Campanillas" 3 kilometers
away from Lanjaron. The hamlet is reached by a two kilometres dust road in good,
in sections bumpy conditions.
A little bit outside of this hamlet there
is "CASA LA PALMERA" that has access by its own track. The holiday home
has a private excellent spring for drinking water.
In front of the country
house is a big terrace covered with grape vines. This terrace is separated with
a small wood fence from the pool terrace, whose centre forms 6.5 x 3.5 meters
large pool.
The pool is absolutely private and protected. A bricked
grill is at the guest's disposal aswell on the same terrace. The entire external
area is completely concealed from view and offers greatest possible privacy and
lots of quietness and peace.
In the ground floor of the 75 sqm large
holiday house there is the salon with fire-place, dining area and the open
"American" kitchen. From the salon you get in a small bathroom with
shower, wash basin and WC.
By beautiful wood stairs you get into the top
of the house with the two separate bedrooms.
The entire hamlet "Las
Campanillas" is expressed a child-friendly place. The environment is perfectly
rural and invites to investigations. The next road with traffic is some kilometres
away.
The guests may harvest as much as they like from the organic fruit trees
(especially oranges). There is a private parking in front of the property.
To the sea and to Granada it is a 35 / 45 minutes drive. The nearest place for
purchases is Lanjaron, a famous spa town with very high quality springs for table
water and a good tourist infrastructure. Lanjaron is considered the "gate
to las Alpujarras" as it is the first town of the Alpujarras coming from
Granada.
