Dolpfin Fingers


As you can see Dolphin are plentiful here in South Florida.


Ingredients

1 lb Dolphin
1 cup flour
1 egg
˝ cup milk
Black Pepper
Salt
Garlic Powder
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


In a small bowl the mix egg and milk. In a medium size bowl put flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip fish in egg mixture then cover with flour.

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook fish in skillet until golden brown. Serve with tarter sauce or your favorite sauce.

Tarter sauce is easy to make…just mix sweet pickle relish with Miracle Whip.
