Hawaiian Mutton Snapper



If you want something sweet and exotic then try this Snapper dish! This recipe is also excellent with chicken.

Ingredients

1 lb Mutton Snapper
1 egg
Italian Bread Crumbs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Hawaiian Sauce

1 can sliced Pineapple
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tspn ground ginger
1 chicken bouillon cube

Dip mutton snapper in egg then cover with Italian Bread Crumbs. Cook in medium skillet with extra virgin olive oil until brown. Place fish in a casserole dish and put pineapple on top of fish.

In a medium sauce pan add the following ingredients. Pineapple juice, sugar, flour, cider vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and bouillon cube. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cook for about 3 minutes and then pour on top of fish. Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
