Use of any V&E Extranet is also governed by the terms of the Joint Representation Agreement or other access agreement that may govern. Access of any V&E Extranet site confirms your acceptance and agreement to all of the terms and conditions of the Joint Representation Agreement. V&E Extranet site content may not be copied, electronically stored, transmitted, distributed or downloaded, except as expressly permitted under the Joint Representation Agreement or other access agreement.

Any distribution, copying or use of  the information contained in any of the Extranet sites by or to anyone other than the individuals or entities designated by the firm is unauthorized and strictly prohibited.
