To purchase a "Share the Road" license plate
- Download and complete a Special License Plate Application [PDF].
- Contact your
local vehicle licensing office
to determine the exact cost of your Share the Road license plate, including all licensing fees.
- MAIL or TAKE the completed application plus all appropriate fees to a
vehicle licensing office.
- After you purchase your plate, send us the pertinent information
and we'll send you a receipt for your tax-deductible donation. See
