Campaigns - Resale companies bid for placement
at the top of the search engines. These paid for phrases
like "Sell Timeshare" can cost upwards of
$8.00/click depending upon the bids. Your advertising
fee will now be between $125 and $250 US.
- High Level Internet / Promotions / Customer Service
- This type of service is also expensive once again
adding to your advertising expense. Expect to pay
$300 to $400 dollars for this type of advertising.
- High Level Internet / Promotions / Customer Service
/ Additional Advertising Media - Some companies
also utilize additional forms of media to advertise
your timeshare. These typically include radio, newspaper,
and television advertising. This type of strategy
usually runs between $400 and $500 US.
- Outbound Marketing Campaigns - In addition
to all the other techniques mentioned above the most
aggressive timeshare resale companies employ tele-marketers
to call current owners. This additional service can
drive the cost to advertise your timeshare to a staggering
$600 - $750 US.
Are These
Extra Services Worth It?
Timeshare resale advertising can get expensive.
It all depends on what type of service level you
need. We feel that most of the processes involved
can be handled simply and easily by owners and sellers
