to Sell At the initial "opening price" of a new off-plan development, prices are at their lowest, and of course all the best properties are still available. Investors can reserve as many properties as they wish - paying only the initial deposit (usually up to 30% of the total price). Before the completion (usually 18 months to 2 years) the property can be re-offered for sale. As building work progresses, the builder's price will escalate as will the value of the investors purchases. Price increases of up to 50% have been seen from initial "off plan" stage to completion.
