Two-hour Thai massage
Our Traditional Thai massage employs slow strong acupressure, with some gentle stretches, realigning the body's energy flow. A good Thai massage can be therapeutic and energising, and while it is often compared to passive yoga, it is best enjoyed as a regular practice if you are fit and limber.

Thai massage can be uncomfortable if you are very stiff and best to be avoided if you have any serious back discomfort.

Our relaxation oil massage is a strong full body massage with particular focus on the back, neck & shoulders. Using all-natural aromatherapy herbal oils, the relaxation oil massage employs acupressure borrowed from the Thai massage, as well as Swedish and deep tissue techniques.

Choose between an hour of stress-relieving foot massage and a gentle head massage.

For more focus on the stressed back and neck muscles, our back massage consists of acupressure applied up both sides of the spine and along the lower back, moving up to the shoulders and neck. The therapist finishes the massage with a little pain-relieving balm and aromatherapy oil.

Silk Road - combining the smooth and soothing effleurage of Swedish massage with the long forearm strokes of Hawai'ian Lomi Lomi, this is desiged to sooth and pamper you. Some sports massage techniques are used as well as special attention to the head and scalp.

Firm hands - This stronger oil massage is based on Asian massage. It works the muscles at the same time as the energy lines and points. This firm massage is designed to get in to those tense places and really make them go away!

1.5 hour hot stone massage The dynamic combination of the heat of the stones and their movement across the body is surprisingly reassuring - it's impossible not to succumb to this gentle and deeply relaxing experience.
