The Fishing Days for the 2007 White Marlin Open are August 6-10.  Late registration will take place on August 4-5 at Harbour Island Marina located at 14th Street and the Bay in Ocean City, MD.  The Awards Ceremony Banquet held at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel, 101st St. & Oceanfront on Saturday, August 11 from 4 to 6 PM.

Anyone May Fish in the White Marlin Open and anyone can win the top prize. If you are interested in fishing, or gathering a group of friends to share the excitement, we advise chartering a boat and captain as early as possible to assure your participation in the 2007 Tournament.

Changes for 2007.  The format for the 2007 WMO remains basically unchanged, allowing both many winners and lottery sized top prizes. We are considering a few minor rules changes and possible additions to the added entry levels - any changes or additions will be announced before registration.

Delay on Circle Hooks Announced -  The NMFS has delayed the mandatory use of circle hooks for anglers participating in Atlantic billfish tournaments until 2008.
