About us

Payphone kiosk removal

Between 30 April and 31 July 2007 Kingston Communications will be removing a number of its payphone kiosks in Hull and East Yorkshire.

We are following Ofcom's guidelines for the removal of public payphones (opens in new window)Opens in new window

The kiosks earmarked for removal will display notices for six weeks from 15 March 2007. Comments or queries about their removal should be directed to the individuals / departments named on the posters. In most cases, this will be the Public Consultation Team at Kingston Communications, 37 Carr Lane, Hull, HU1 3RE.

However, some of the kiosks selected for removal require formal consultation with the community via the relevant public bodies, and in these cases, contact details for either Hull City Council and East Riding of Yorkshire Council are displayed.

For further information about kiosk removals please call 0800 915 5113.
