Aging with Dignity is a private, non-profit organization. We don't take a penny of government money and need your charitable contribution to continue our work. Since Aging with Dignity is a 501(c)3 organization, your donation is tax deductible.

Your contribution will support Aging with Dignity as we continue our efforts to help people maintain their God-given human dignity as they age, particularly at life's end.

In just a few years Aging with Dignity has grown from a Florida start-up to the nation's leader in helping families plan for and receive the kind of care they deserve during their last days. Our Five Wishes document, already in more than two million homes and distributed by more than 5,000 organizations, is changing the debate in America on how to improve end-of-life care. However, despite our success, there are still over 100 million American adults who do not have an advance directive.
