Paperwork Instructions

  • New Applicants : You may now complete your application online. Please visit the Certification Center to begin or return to your application. Use the paperwork provided below if you have been instructed to do so by your Sales Representative.
  • Renewal Applicants : Please contact your Sales Representative to find out about completing your Renewal Application online. If you still need offline versions of the paperwork, feel free to download them below.
  • In order to complete your application, you will need to complete and sign :
    • The Master Services Agreement
    • Program Amendments and Self-Assessments for each TRUSTe program your web site will participate in
    • Payment - Generate an invoice online using one of the "Generate Invoice/Pricing" links below or contact a Sales Representative to receive an invoice based on your needs.
