About Cruden Bay Books...

 

I began Cruden Bay Books in 1995 with the publication of THE GREAT DELAWARE SPORTS BOOK, a rollicking look at the history of sports in America's First State. Centennial history books of golf & country clubs (Cruden Bay is a golf course in northeast Scotland) followed. One day, after a spirited editorial meeting (above), it was decided to produce books devoted to folks who love to get outside and hike with their dogs. Hence, the A BARK IN THE PARK series of local guidebooks and eventually the national guide, THE CANINE HIKER'S BIBLE.
