Shipped - Any order that shows a status of shipped has been packed and labeled with a UPS tracking # and has either left our warehouse or will be picked up by United Parcel Service within a few hours.
BackorderedAny orders that show backordered status are awaiting delivery of your item to our warehouse from the manufacturer or distributor. If an item is out of stock, we do everything possible to insure it's quickest delivery to you.

How Do I Find My Order #?
A copy of your order is sent to the e-mail address you provided within an hour of placing your order. If you cannot find your e-mail confirmation please check your deleted e-mail box or the spam mail folder. Anti-spam filters are the most common reason for missing e-mail confirmations.
Note: Currently, all of our order numbers are five digits and begin with the numeral "5". For example, 52319. If you do not have an order # in this format, then you likely have a confirmation #, which will not work on this online ordering system. After you check your anti-spam/junk mail email folder to make sure you do not have a copy of your order confirmation, then you can request your order number by sending your name, email address, and zip code. We will respond with your order number within 24 hours by email. Remember, WE DO SEND ORDER CONFIRMATIONS FOR EVERY ORDER, however many times customers tell us they didn't receive one because their junk/anti-spam email filter blocked it and moved it to a different email folder. Please check this if you didn't receive a confirmation. We did send one :)
