June 30th, 2007Donny Dean and friend Wes braved the extreme heat as Capt. Steve shook the weeds off the baits and pulled out a couple of nice Dorado. Several chicken Dolphin were caught and released also.

Timmy celebrated his upcoming nuptuals by whipping the crap out of a seven foot Carribean Reef shark. His friend, Kevin, took the second pic! NO HUMANS WERE HARMED IN THE CATCHING OF THIS SHARK. The shark was released.
Tom Cleary and his boyz spent today collecting Dolphin aboard the Mr. Z and ended up with quite a stack. Flat calm, blue water and hotter than a fire cracker! Tom sez thanks for a wonderful trip and they’ll be back again next year. I sure like the sound of that!
Nathan Radosky and family made our Tuesday with a great catch of Dolphin up to 20 lbs. and landing one out of two Sailfish. 14 year old Nathan stayed in the chair for about 20 minutes fighting this fish!

John Paxon lends a hand to Barbara Richards to hold up her 36 lb. Wahoo. John also caught a 12 lb. Dolphin and the group braved rain and bumpy seas to release several small Dorados.

Hello, space cowboy…
So, yesterday we were trolling along in 800 feet of water, 20 miles off the coast of Key West, and there on the horizon was… well, this!
Yes, we caught Dolphin off of it… No, I have no idea what it is… And, no it wasn’t there again today!
The Cox brothers might be small, but they are mighty! Several nice Dolphin were caught on a full day with the brothers’ family on board. What better way to celebrate Fathers’ Day!!
Usually a half day in June is tuff to pull off. But, Ben McKay didn’t have much time to spend away from his expecting wife so we went for it. And with a great payoff!
It’s not that I am a big Dolly Parton fan or anything, but I keep hearing about Gatlinburg, and what a great place it is.
