FSA Regulation

article

Blue Index is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

The FSA is the United Kingdom's regulatory organisation with responsibility for regulating members of the organised City investment markets. Blue Index has passed its stringent compliance guidelines and is authorised to provide investment advice and trading services in UK and accross the European Union.

The FSA was established to oversee the implementation of the Financial Services Act which requires investment businesses to be authorised.

It coordinates and monitors the regulatory system to ensure all forms of investment business are adequately regulated.

The FSA's aim is to ensure investors can have confidence that the companies they regulate are safe to do business with. The FSA verifies that firms deal honestly and fairly with investors, and have sound finances and management.
