Customers with a Good profile would normally have the following characteristics:

1. Never missed or been late with a payment for credit or utilities.
2. Been in the same job or at the same address for a reasonable amount of time.
3. Is registered the electoral role.
4. Already have other credit product such as credit cards or a personal loan.
5. Has had the same bank account for a reasonable amount of time.
6. Doesn’t carry a high amount of debt.

Customers with a Fair profile would normally have the following characteristics:

1. May have missed or been late with an occasional payment for credit or utilities.
2. Has changed jobs or moved house a few times in recent years.
3. Is not registered on the electoral role.
4. Frequently applies for credit.
5. Carries a fairly high level of debt.
6. May already have a default or old CCJ for a small amount.

Customers with a Poor profile would normally have the following characteristics:

1. Has regularly missed or been late with a payment for credit or utilities.
2. May have changed job or address regularly.
3. Is not registered on the electoral role.
4. Carries a high level of debt.
5. Might have a default or old CCJ for a small amount.
6. Has recently applied for credit and been declined.
