Karoo unveiled as new shirt sponsor for Hull City AFC

Kingston Communications' broadband internet service Karoo will appear on the front of the Hull City AFC's first team home shirts next season in a two-year sponsorship agreement with the club.

The deal involves the placement of the KAROO logo on the first team jerseys and other official club merchandise. The commercial rights also extend to branding Hull City's new away shirt, which will carry the Kingston Communications logo.

Chairman Adam Pearson, said he was delighted that stadium sponsor Kingston Communications, which has also been involved at the club for a number of seasons, has stepped up to main sponsor level.

"I am delighted that Kingston Communications will be extending its partnership with Hull City AFC. It's relationships of this calibre that will enable us to achieve the successes on the pitch that this club so richly deserves.

"This is one of the most important commercial partnerships in the history of the Club and we are looking forward to working closely with the KC team in delivering this fantastic sponsorship opportunity."

Malcolm Fallen, Chief Executive of Kingston Communications said: "Our sponsorship of Hull City AFC extends our strong relationship with the Stadium and provides us with an excellent opportunity to promote our services across the UK as well as in our home city. We look forward to working with the team at Hull City."

Supporters will be able to pre-order the new home strip from 6.30pm on Wednesday 18 April via the club's online store. The new away kit and training wear range will be available from 1 July.

The Tigers will debut both the new home and away playing strip during their pre-season campaign which commences in mid-July.
