How can I view my open positions and statement of account balance?

You will receive full contract notes every time you trade a CFD and an account statement every week. These are automatically sent by post but can also be emailed to you. They are user friendly and easy to understand. Of course you can call us direct to check your account balance and any open CFD positions.

Can I trade outside market hours?

Yes certain products are offered outside of the normal market hours.

Can I view my position on line?

Yes, our trading software allows client access through its 'Client position keeping' facility

Can I retrieve my Statement on-line?

Yes, using the software it is possible to access all orders and trades on the system, as well as positions, and statements. Other questions may be directed in the first instance to either our Sales team for account opening information, or our helpdesk Department for all other queries.

Can I ask my stockbroker or another to place orders on my behalf?

This is normally possible, but will be subject to the completion of a 'third party' mandate by you and your stockbroker or other nominated party.
