The Office of Research and Sponsored
Programs Administration (ORSPA) administers grant proposals, grant
awards and contracts awarded to ETSU for research and sponsored
programs. We also provide outreach services to the university
community which includes providing workshops on grant and
research-related topics and communicating funding opportunities
information. In addition, we administer the ETSU
Research Development Committee grants and the
ETSU Student Research Forum. The Director of Sponsored
Programs reports directly to the Vice Provost for
Research and Sponsored Programs. Use the Navigation Bar on the
