Victoria's Inner Harbour is the city's focal centre.  It is the arrival point for car ferries from Seattle and Port Angeles in Washington State and for float planes from Vancouver. Whale watching expeditions depart from the Inner Harbour and passenger ferries cross the harbour between Victoria to Esquimalt. 

A lovely pedestrian walkway circles Victoria's busy Inner Harbour.  Many of Victoria's attractions including the Legislative Buildings, the Empress Hotel, the Royal BC Museum, the Maritime Museum and the Royal London Wax Museum are located near to the Inner Harbour.
