- A reply by e-mail is required for any order over over $200. This includes multiple orders from the same shopper that total over $200 in a 24 hour period. The order will begin processing as soon as a reply is made to the e-mail authentication request. If a reply is not received within 12 hours, authorization will be attempted via telephone between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM in the time zone of the address on the invoice.
- There are flags, then there are red flags. A typical flag is when the delivery address differs from the invoice address. This alone would not prompt authorization. However, coupled with another flag or two, and it could. A red flag would be if the credit card authorization failed. If a red flag or multiple standard flags are triggered, a reply by e-mail is required. The order will begin processing as soon as a reply is made to the e-mail authentication request. - Gift wrapping is done by very proficient and experienced packaging personnel who always display good taste and use the most suitable gift wrapping available. However, refunds are not available for wrapping inconsistencies or "differences in aesthetic appeal".

- Credit card and PayPal purchases cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
- Personal checks and money orders cannot be canceled once the payment has been deposited.

- Contiguous U.S. Shipments
Received no later than 3-7 business days after order is processed.
However, please allow for up to 10 days for any particular order before considering it lost.
- Rush Deliveries
The Rush delivery method works best for getting:
- Crystal Figurines in 1-2 days
- Crystal Jewelry within 2-3 days
- Optical Laser Crystals within 2-3 days
Rush Delivery Exceptions:
Deliveries to PO Boxes cannot be rush shipped.
Deliveries to non-contiguous states, Canada, or international locations cannot be rush shipped.

APO Addresses are available for Crystal Figurines (items beginning with CF). However, even Crystal Figurines still can only be delivered to US/Canada.
- Delivery Situations
All shipping information is based on a typical order. However, not all orders are typical. GiftsForYou.Biz has no control over warehouses, shipping companies, or anything else that could interfere with a delivery. Although rare, should a problem arise, you will be worked with until it is resolved, and you will always be kept informed as much as possible.
