Pioneer Electronics Drives Excitement With New Technologies At
Mid America Truck Show

Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc., a world leader in mobile entertainment
technologies, will showcase a variety of products at the Mid America
Truck Show (MATS), the largest national and international truck
show of the year. Pioneer will highlight various in-vehicle technologies
that provide information and entertainment for trucking professionals
who spend the majority of their time on the road, traveling more
than 400 billion miles a year.
The trucking community is a crucial component to our economics
and they consider their trucks their home on the road. Pioneer can
enhance their on-the-road experience with entertainment and information
products that we will demonstrate at this years MATS event,

play with our products and witness the power of the AVIC-N1 system
in particular, which offers enhanced navigation features as well
as DVD entertainment.
AVIC-N1: Pioneer Electronics AVIC-N1 system, will
be a welcome addition to any rig on the road. As the industrys
first true audio/video/navigation system, it merges entertainment,
information and vehicle dynamics technologies into one product making
life on the road bearable and more pleasurable. With more than 12
million points of interest available across the U.S. and Canada
the AVIC-N1 offers drivers more information about their intended
routes. They can easily locate essential information such as rest
stops, ATMs, hotels, restaurants and gas stations. While providing
step-by-step navigational information through voice prompts and
an electronic map, the AVIC-N1 also monitors everything from lateral
G-Force to angular velocity and includes a rear camera input that
enables drivers to view activity at the rear of the vehicle. In
addition, the AVIC-N1 supports XM satellite radio, plays CDs, MP3
CDs and DVD video for backseat passengers or for drivers at roadside
rest stops. The AVIC-N1 is available for a suggested retail price
of $2200.
Other Pioneer highlighted products on display include;
NAV-SYS610T: If a full replacement of the factory stereo
isnt feasible, Pioneer offers an add-on navigation system
that includes a detachable 6-1/2 inch touch screen monitor and AVIC-80DVD
navigation unit. The NAV-SYS610T navigation provides easy to use
features including touch panel capability, voice control and mapping
coverage of the U.S. and Canada. The NAV-SYS610T is available for
a suggested retail price of $2700.
FH-P5000MP: Pioneers new double-DIN FH-P5000MP offers
the best of both worlds CD and cassette in one chassis. The
unit delivers 50 Watts of power into 4 channels and features a full
list of CD, MP3/WMA CDs, tape and radio features, in addition to
being XM Satellite Radio ready. For optimum sound reproduction,
a 13-band equalizer enables users to fine-tune their music to suit
their individual tastes. The FH-P5000MP is available for a suggested
retail price of $500.
Pioneer products will be on display at booth #132 throughout the
Mid America Truck Show (March 25-27).
