Biography
Xiao Yong's practice focuses on all aspects of joint ventures, foreign direct investment, telecommunications, information technology, retail services, franchising, technology transfer and large infrastructure and construction projects. He is experienced in structuring all forms of direct investments in the PRC, as well as in seeking approval authority from high-level government agencies. In recent years, Xiao Yong has represented large international companies in the establishment of nationwide distribution networks, retailing companies, leasing companies, and other businesses in the services section in China.
