Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Master, Discovery, and American Express credit cards.

You can also send us a check.

Gift Certificates

We will gladly issue gift certificates for any specified amount.

Sales Tax

No taxes on any phone orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. if you are not satisfied with our products, we will issue a full refund.

If the shipping company fails to delivery your product on time, we will file a claim and reship your order.

How do I place an order online?

Select the Seafood tab on the navigation bar at the top part of the page.

Clicking on an image will take you to the product page. This page lists all the details about the item and shows a large picture of the product.

Click on "Add to Cart" button to add products you like to the shopping cart. You can change the quantity later in the shopping cart.

After you have successfully added an item to your shopping bag, click 'Return to Shopping' to continue shopping to add other items to your shopping cart.

When you click on "Buy Now" button, the program takes you to the check out page. If you want to change quantities after that, click on the "Basket Contents" button on the navigation bar.

To complete your order click on "Check Out" button from your "Basket Contents" page.

Fill out the address and payment forms and click "Continue" button.

You should receive a confirmation via email (if you provided one) shortly.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

We usually ship your order the next business day (Monday through Thursday) after the order is placed. Orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We can ship order the same day we receive it if the time allows. You should expect your order to arrive the the next day after we ship it. Federal Express will deliver your purchase by 5 p.m. to most areas. More on shipping here.

How can I track the status of my package?

If you would like to have the tracking number, please provide us with your e-mail address and we will send you your tracking number. Or you can call our toll free number 1 800 982 2377 or email eks@alaska.net and we will be glad to provide it to you.
