Zingaro "Battuta"
Bartabas fantastic equestrian shows |
|
With this new production, renowned horse trainer, Bartabas has purposely distanced himself from his earlier shows, returning to the origins of his company, the Zingaro Equestrian Theatre and its source of inspiration: the Balkans and the free-wheeling gypsy lifestyle. ?Two orchestras from Romania, Fanfare Shukar of Moldavia and Taraf from Transylvania, play onstage, setting a fast-paced, sustained and driving rhythm. Seventeen acrobatic riders on thirty-five galloping horses provide a performance in the midst of this heady, festive whirlwind of music. Bartabas and his troupe will be back for the winter from September onwards: don’t miss their show this time around! |
